Last generation hose-reel irrigation machines can work at low pressure: 5-6 bar if used with sprinkler and 2 bars only if used with boom. Remarkable importance in energy saving is the choice of the gun: today the market proposes excellent turbine sprinklers with adjustable speed, which offer a perfectly even cover and, thanks to their fine water breaking, cancel the soil hardening and the damages to the cultivations. These sprinklers, working at low pressure, are valid also for irrigation of germinating cultivations and on difficult grounds.
